!!!!!!!Downloading Issues!!!!!!

I would give it 5 stars but every time I try to download a song it wont play. So then Id have to turn my phone completely off and have to start again just to download songs.
This is very irritating and wish it will be fix or give me tips on making it work better! ☺️
